Your satisfaction is our priority! At Pen & Tool, we do everything we can to ensure you are happy with your purchase, but we know that sometimes a product is just not right. As such, we’ve made our return policy as easy as possible and if you are not satisfied with the order you have received for whatever reason, you may return it to us within 30 days of the date you received the goods.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. However, as a token of good faith, we will offer a store coupon of USD5 for each approved return and you could use it in your future purchase.

• We will refund any unused items returned to us, as sold, in their original condition, with the sales invoice received with your order excluding the initial shipping fee, if any.

• Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed your refund.

• A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 working days.

• To return your product, you should mail the product to: Room 707, Block C, 7/F., On Shing Building, 2-16 Wo Liu Hang Road, Fotan, Hong Kong
